Task folder not keeping "shared" status day-to-day
Where I work, I need access to my supervisors task folder on a daily basis. All of our IT is handled remotely from a different location, at night
all systems are logged off for general maintenance. In the morning, when I open Outlook, there is nothing in the task folder and I have to email a permission request to gain access again. Is there any way to STAY connected?

Hi
I dont think there is a way to keep connecting due to remote system will log off.
One work around is ask them to make a schedule task in a fixed time every morning, the action is to grant you the permission.

And it should be a server question, If you do not know how to schedule a task, please ask on Server Forum
